Monitoring of controlled environments is very important to ensure compliance with the applicable standards (like ISO 14698-1), classifications, guidelines and cGMP, which have requirements for equipment, collection efficiency, volume and number of bacteria / m³.

 There are a number of different principles for the collection of bacteria. Medico Support can calibrate most and guide in possible sources of error and the use of methods and equipment.

The air samplers can be calibrated accredited, where we calibrate flow, time and volume and can also do repair and service on most types of equipment. We are also offering to perform preventive maintenance to evaluate the condition and prelong the lifecycle of the equipment.

 In principle, calibration is carried out in our own laboratories, but in some cases it is also possible to calibrate at the customer.

 We can calibrate the flow or volume accredited in the range: 10 to 150 l / min(Flow)

           0 to 10800 pp. (0 to 3 hours)

 The calibrations are performed by our experienced staff who are always up to date with the latest knowledge and know the latest requirements. They can also provide advice when purchasing new measuring equipment.
