Enquiries and quotations

We process information to answer enquiries, provide advice and prepare or follow up quotations. Where relevant, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and/or is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers and prospective customers under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Customer relationships and delivery of services

Where you or your company is a customer, we process relevant information to perform agreements, provide services, document our work and handle administration under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Information that we are legally required to retain is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Operation and security
