The Integrator Pro from Mesa Labs is designed for in-house verification and multi-point calibration of analog mass flow controllers (MFCs) and mass flow meters (MFMs).
Combined with a DryCal® primary piston prover, the Integrator Pro creates a powerful MFC/MFM calibration station. It powers and controls mass flow devices, generates user-defined setpoints and provides direct comparison between the device under test and the reference flow measured by the DryCal primary standard.
The four-channel system can power and control up to two voltage and two current mass flow devices simultaneously. It can be operated manually for straightforward verification work or connected to a PC for automated calibration using DryCal Pro software or user-developed software.

Build an MFC & MFM Calibration Station
The Integrator Pro is designed to work with Mesa Labs Metrology Series primary piston provers, including the DryCal 800 and high-capacity DryCal 1020/1500 systems.
During calibration, the Integrator Pro controls the mass flow device while communicating with the DryCal primary flow standard. Reference flow, device output and deviation can be compared directly, providing an efficient solution for in-house verification and multi-setpoint calibration.
DryCal 800
Primary gas flow measurement from 0.5 sccm to 100 slpm with interchangeable flow cells and measurement uncertainty as low as 0.15% of reading.
DryCal 1020 & 1500
High-capacity primary flow standards covering flows up to 1,500 slpm for laboratory, industrial and calibration applications.

Automated Calibration with DryCal Pro
When connected to a PC, the Integrator Pro can be used with DryCal Pro software for automated MFC/MFM calibration. Measurement data can be collected directly from the DryCal primary standard and compared with the device under test for immediate flow comparisons and deviation calculations.
The PC command interface also allows integration with user-developed calibration software where required.
