FlexCal® Series
Highly Accurate Portable Gas Flow Calibrators
The Mesa Labs FlexCal® Series combines standardized and volumetric primary flow measurement with high accuracy, portability and simple operation. With three models covering flow ranges from 5 ccm to 50 LPM, FlexCal is designed for demanding laboratory, industrial hygiene and field calibration applications.
All FlexCal models provide 0.5% of reading accuracy and measure temperature and pressure directly in the flow stream. User-selectable volumetric and standardized flow units, a graphical LCD display and USB connectivity make setup and data collection straightforward.
For use with non-corrosive, non-condensing, non-combustible gases at less than 70% humidity.

Mesa Labs recommends annual verification and calibration of the FlexCal by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory or authorized service provider to maintain measurement integrity. Recertification can include inspection, testing, available upgrades and a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
